Casey’s philosophical beliefs of wellness are rooted in awareness. This includes being mindful of one’s social and emotional wellbeing, as well as understanding how these constructs are interconnected with one’s physical wellbeing. However, she also recognizes that cultivating and incorporating knowledge associated with wellbeing must be uniquely tailored for each individual. In addition to her nursing degree, Casey maintains certifications in cupping therapy. She has accumulated 19 years of experience providing health and wellness care within various diverse communities of practice over the course of her career. Outside the clinic Casey can be difficult to find unless you also have a love for mountain biking, trail running, and adventure racing.
